Job Summary:
The Lead Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the delivery operations. This role involves managing a team of delivery drivers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, monitoring delivery performance metrics, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

 Recruit, train, and manage a team of delivery men.
 Create schedules, assign routes, and monitor driver performance.
 Foster a positive and efficient working environment for the delivery team.
 Coordinate all delivery activities, including order dispatching and tracking.
 Ensure that all orders are delivered promptly, accurately, and in compliance with food safety standards.
 Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to delivery.
 Manage inventory of delivery supplies, eg. branded items.
 Oversee the maintenance and fueling of delivery vehicles.
 Ensure that all delivery drivers adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations.
 Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect both drivers and customers.
 Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics, such as delivery times, accuracy, and customer feedback.
 Generate reports and provide recommendations for improvements based on data insights.
 Conduct regular quality checks on delivered orders to ensure they meet the highest standards.
 Implement quality control measures to minimize order errors.
 Collaborate with the kitchen management team to ensure seamless order preparation and dispatch.

Knowledge & Skill Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree in business management, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in delivery management, logistics, or a similar role.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Knowledge of food safety regulations and local traffic laws.
6. Proficiency in using delivery management software and GPS systems.
7. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
8. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
